For more than 40 years now, external cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding and cutting of valves are part of LACH DIAMOND’s standard processes. The LACH DIAMOND ceramic bonded grinding wheels have constantly been developed and improved and thus have the ideal composition of bond and grain quality. The CBN qualities are selected for the respective grinding process, have to undergo an in-house examination to the exact µm and are integrated into an ultra-modern, innovative ceramic bond system. The result: maximum grinding performance and tool life with low grinding pressure – this protects machines and work pieces.

The centerless grinding operation requires highest precision in perfectly coordinated processes. LACH DIAMOND provides all tools required for your process: the high-performance grinding wheel, the control wheel with excellent profile retention, the wear protection components like guide rails, steady rest blocks etc. – of course with wear-resistant PCD for cost-efficient working. In addition we manufacture the dressing tools for repeatable grinding results.
