All PCB materials can be processed precisely and at high feed rates with our diamond tools: edge bevelling, end milling, bevelling, sawing etc.
For depanelling tasks LACH DIAMOND offers the suitable depanelling saw for every application. Whether coated with diamond grit or in solid carbide version will be decided by the material to be processed.
