The LACH DIAMOND concept »dia-blue-power« from Ø125 to 400mm is the optimal complement to the fastest high-performance milling cutters HPC/HSC.
Easy handling – service-friendly
The individual cartridges can be adjusted to the exact µm – torx wrenches allow an easy handling. If required, individual cartridges can be exchanged. The tools can be resharpened in our inhouse sharpening service.
Optionally available: »chipbreaker-plus«
Pressure pieces with integrated active improved chip flow design prevent unwanted chips in the component cavities of the components and damages caused by chips.
Different cartridge versions are possible depending on the requested roughness: standard, finishing, fine-finishing.
The aluminum body minimizes the spindle load.
Cycle times can be reduced by 60% compared to conventional face milling cutters.
