PCB Circuit Boards

Cutting – Scoring – Milling with superior diamond and solid carbide tools.

Presented by LACH DIAMOND for the first time at productronica in 1977, the portfolio of diamond and carbide tools showcased at this year’s productronica will captivate visitors with a superior modern tool range, especially designed for efficient circuit board production, for the world’s leading manufacturers of electronics.

An example: “Depanelling saws” for stress-free cutting of circuit boards in multiple production, and with highest precision; cutting widths as of 0.3 mm are achieved. Toothed tools are available with an ultrafine pitch of up to 1.4 mm.

Scoring tools:Initially, only single-layered boards could be scored effortlessly with solid carbide tools, but since then there have been major technological developments.

Today, glass fibres, ceramics and hybrid materials are being used; new production technologies made it possible for LACH DIAMOND INC. to develop a line of high-performance PCD »DreboBlueCut«scoring saws with superior durability.

As usual, all LACH DIAMOND INC. standard scoring saws, special models and saws with any desired edge geometry are immediately available or can be delivered on short notice.

Hybrid materials and further challenges: As a global player in the tool industry, LACH DIAMANT Germany – founded in 1922 – develops and manufactures machining tools which all leading international electronics manufacturers find indispensable for efficient production since the first presentation at productronica 1977.

For this reason, LACH DIAMOND INC. is perfectly equipped and prepared, even for new challenges – for example modern hybrid materials, developed with most diverse properties – electroconductive, heat-resistant, but also with insulating and heat-dissipating properties etc.
