We are looking for a Sales Representative for Cutting Tools & PCD Tools.

This is a full-time position Off-Site – nationwide applicants welcome!

LACH DIAMOND is a family-owned company with over 40 years of innovation in polycrystalline diamond (PCD)and CBN cutting tools for industries like automotive, aerospace, woodworking, composites, and metalworking.

We’re growing our U.S. presence and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to strengthen customer relationships, explore new markets, and bring our high-performance tools to even more manufacturers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business across multiple industries in your assigned territory
  • Grow sales for our precision PCD cutting tools
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Provide product presentations and technical support (training provided)
  • Work closely with our Michigan and Germany teams

What You Bring

  • Sales experience in cutting tools or related manufacturing sectors
  • Technical understanding of machining or tooling processes
  • “Hunter” mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and motivated by results
  • Willingness to travel within your sales territory
  • Bonus: Experience with PCD tooling
